The Dieffenbachia is a lush and showy house plant. It requires bright indirect sunlight and soil needs to be kept lightly moist, but not soggy. Browning of the bottom leaves on the plant is normal, just snip them off to keep the plant neat and tidy.
Dieffenbachia can also be prone to spider mites. If leaves appear bleached with a webby substance on the underside treat with an insecticidal soap or neem oil. They are also considered toxic to pets and humans.
This plant comes re-potted in a 4″ ceramic container.
